Welcome to Großer Wariner See! This 80 m² non-smoking house accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children), perfect for families, friends, or couples. Three bedrooms offer restful nights: - Ground floor: Double bed, extra room with care bed and bunk bed - Upper floor: Double bed with large cot, 1 baby safety bed, and 1 travel cot The house features step-free access, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and an extra WC upstairs. The cozy living room with open kitchen is perfect for relaxing together. The kitchen includes a raised oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and air fryer. The dining table seats 8–12 people. Families will find everything they need: high chair, child’s chair, travel cot, baby bathtub with changing top, changing mat, board games, Lego train, children’s bikes, and balance bike. Wi-Fi is available, and a washing machine can be used by arrangement for an additional fee. Enjoy a lovely lake view from the terrace. A charcoal grill with stainless steel plates is available for relaxed barbecues. Parking is right by the house, and check-in is contactless. The beach at Großer Wariner See is only a 5–6 minute walk (600 m, car-free zone). In summer, lifeguards are on duty, and there’s a small café with terrace and lake view. Shops, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants are within walking distance. Schwerin, Wismar, Kühlungsborn, and Rostock are popular nearby destinations. Charging electric cars is not permitted. Charging e-bike batteries is allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Heating is via air conditioning only.
