This 80 m² non-smoking house on Lake Großer Wariner accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults, 2 children, 1 baby). Three bedrooms ensure restful nights: - Ground floor: Double bed, extra room with care bed and bunk bed - Upper floor: Double bed, large children's bed, 1 baby cot, 1 travel cot The house offers step-free access, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and a WC upstairs. The living room with open kitchen is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen includes a raised oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and air fryer. The dining table seats up to 10 people. Families will find everything needed: high chair, baby bath with changing attachment, changing mat, board games, toys, children's bikes, and balance bike. Wi-Fi is available, and the washing machine can be used by arrangement for an extra charge. The charcoal grill may be used with stainless steel plates and must be cleaned afterwards. Parking is directly at the house, and check-in is contactless. The beach at Lake Großer Wariner is about a 5–6 minute walk (600 m, car-free zone). Lifeguards are present in summer. Shops, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants are within walking distance. Schwerin, Wismar, Kühlungsborn, and Rostock are popular destinations nearby. Charging electric cars is not permitted, but charging e-bike batteries is allowed. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Toiletries are not provided. Heating is via air conditioning. If the final cleaning exceeds the fee already paid, the difference will be charged after departure. The house rules are provided and must be followed.
